A book I give you for free without the waste of paper, a book that will never finish anyway, a book that will be written after it’s published.

We live in a world where people don’t understand other people, there is no reason to use difficult language unless you want to hide yourself or rather be misunderstood. I will try to remember this when I write AMFL and choose for simplicity so more people can try to understand it and be free.

A fish and a bird look at a fallen leave from the tree on top of the water. It’s a bright leaf floating on top of the dark water in the eyes of the bird when it looks down. At the same time this same leaf is dark floating on top of the bright water in the eyes of the fish when it looksup.

The fish looks up into the bright sky; the bird looks down into the dark ground of the same shallow water. It is not really about the water is it? It is about where you are and how you look at it…

We say we are humans am I correct? We have the power to look at anything both ways but do we do this when we are becoming emotional? While writing a manual we will try (you and me) to be more creative and honest to come close to some kind of truth. There should be only one truth and that is that what is true wouldn’t you believe? Not because it’s written, not because it’s online but because you learn not to think about yourself to much.

 
It might take time to feel good in a world that’s sick and polluted. But look the other way or only into a TV is not much better. Care only about your family is also nothing more then just care about yourself. Better might be to see what is there and start a revolution inside yourself first and then express this around you.
A revolution is already a hard word, because many misunderstand this word. When people think about revolution they think about stand up and fight against something but that would not be a change in the world today which is full of anger and wars.

A revolution means a big change and not making war.
